The world championship gumbo cook-off 2006 in New Iberia, Louisiana, was a blast. As usual we all had a great time and our gumbo turned out awesome. It's just to bad that the judges are dumb asses.

As usual some noname team that has never been there places. We never find out what how our gumbo scored. Hell we don't even know what they are looking for in a gumbo. I let the people judge, everyone said it was great and the best one they tasted throughout the day. Also by the repeat customers.


The main reason is just to get drunk and have a good time. We always manage to do that. This year Bil had his son Mark and his frieng Graham from Scotland there. They had a great time and by the end of the day they were hammered.
